Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional charge.

Size Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges. Please refer to our size chart before making your purchase to ensure you select the correct size. We recommend carefully reviewing all product details, including size charts and measurements, before completing your order.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you simply don't like the product. All sales are final.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders begin processing immediately, and we cannot stop the fulfillment process once it has begun.

Shipping Issues
